|Recommended: YesOakwood Heights — We have been living here a little over 5 years and have had the ups and downs which can be expected when property management company’s change hands but I feel we have the best company TLC representing Oakwood Heights. Any issues that arise within our unit are dealt with in a timely manner and always meet with an informed maintenance technician who not only takes the time to fix or replace any item but also takes the time to explain the reason for the fix. Our office personnel keep us updated for any changes or issues they feel we need to be made aware of. The upkeep on the yards is exceptional and our neighbors are just like family. It’s also refreshing to feel safe in our neighborhood, not only with great neighbors but also the presence of security officers passing through at all times of the day. Wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else
